The Beer Bus process.
We make it really simple. From the moment you get in touch with us, we’ll make sure to go over every detail of your event—including some you may have not even considered!
We start by getting to know what you'd like to achieve with your event. We know that everyone has different needs, desires, preferences and budgets. We'll get a lay of the land, and you'll get comfortable.
Time to customize. Our exclusive partnerships with local breweries, wineries, distilleries, cideries, bars, restaurants and plain-'ol awesome things to do mean that you'll get VIP treatment wherever you go with your Beer Bus tour! Plus, our years of event planning experience mean we know what we're talking about, and we won't ever over commit to impress you.
We'll help you pick your ride. Each has its perks. There isn't an old school quite like a school bus. Or, you can keep it classy with a coach bus, or jam out on our partner party bus. Your group travels together, stays together, and is always accompanied by a knowledgeable and local Beer Bus Guide.
On the day of your Beer Bus tour, our Beer Bus Guide(s) will pick you up (door to door service guaranteed), welcome you, hand out our exclusive Beer VIP lanyards and start the tour! Get ready for chats about laggering, cool-climate viniculture, and local legends; endless selfies, and a relaxed atmosphere suitable for networking and team building. There is no better icebreaker than a collective "cheers" to local!

Our tours can be whatever you want and need them to be. We've got friends in high (local libation) places and can make anything happen. A three hour brewery tour with local cheese and meat pairings led by the brewer? No problem. A full day experience visiting one of each: a brewery, cidery, distillery and winery? We're lucky to say "yes, we can". A sit down dinner for 150? Guilty as charged.
